Your mission
As Network Growth Manager, you are the heartbeat of our network in Germany, France or Belgium. You will build lasting relationships with both brands and creators, ensuring they connect, collaborate, and create impactful campaigns together.

What you'll own:
Network development & growth

• Identify, activate and grow creators within your market (DE/FR/BE).

• Attract and onboard new brands and agencies onto our platform.

• Guide new creators through onboarding and turn them into active ambassadors.

Community & activation

• Build an engaged, high-energy creator community through events, online activations, and creative initiatives.

• Stay on top of creator trends and translate insights into actions.

Representation & education

• Co-create educational content (how-to’s, inspiration, Q&As).

• Collaborate with the team to level up our value for creators.

Who are you?

• You live and breathe social media and have a strong feel for the creator economy.

• You’re entrepreneurial, self-starting and proactive

• You’re a natural communicator

• You speak and write English fluently. More languages? Even better.

• You’re available 3–4 days a week and love being part of a vibrant office in Rotterdam

• 3+ years experience in influencer marketing 

• Open to travel
